Managed security operations

Defense that stays awake when your team rests

NavegaFluxo watches the systems your business runs on — networks, endpoints, and cloud workloads — and steps in the moment something looks wrong. Quiet on a good day, decisive on a hard one.

The platform

One layer over everything you run

Most breaches are not loud. They start as a single odd login, a process that should not exist, a file leaving at 3 a.m. We collect signals from across your estate and read them together, so the small things surface before they become incidents.

  • 01

    Continuous monitoring

Network, endpoint, and cloud telemetry collected into a single timeline our analysts review around the clock.

  • 02

    Threat detection

Behavioural rules and analyst review flag activity that deviates from how your systems normally operate.

  • 03

    Incident response

When something is confirmed, we contain it, walk you through the decision, and document every step.

  • 04

    Compliance support

Reporting aligned with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the audit trails your sector expects.

From the people we work with

Customer reviews

“The reporting changed how our board talks about risk. Instead of a vague worry, we now see exactly what was attempted and what was stopped each month.”

RM Renata MoraesCTO, logistics platform

“We had an attempted intrusion on a Sunday. Their analyst called within twelve minutes and walked our on-call engineer through containment. The systems stayed up.”

DC Diego CarvalhoHead of IT, retail group

“Onboarding took two weeks, not two quarters. They mapped our cloud accounts, explained what they would watch, and the first report arrived when they said it would.”

Common questions

Before we talk

How long does it take to start monitoring?

Most engagements move from contract to active monitoring in two to three weeks. The first week is discovery — mapping your systems and access. The second is connecting telemetry and tuning. We tell you the start date in writing and keep to it.

Do you replace our internal IT team?

No. We sit alongside them. Your team keeps running the business; we handle the watching and the first response, then hand you a clear summary of what we did and why. Many clients find this lets a small internal team cover far more ground.

How does the cost compare to hiring in-house?

A staffed monitoring center runs every hour of the year, which a single internal hire cannot. For most mid-sized companies, a contract with us costs less than two full-time security salaries and covers nights, weekends, and holidays as well.

Are you registered to operate in Brazil?

Yes. NavegaFluxo is a São Paulo company (CNPJ 38.412.706/0001-54) and our operations center is staffed locally. Reporting and data handling follow the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).

What happens when you detect a real incident?

We contain what we can, call your named contact, and walk through the decisions that need a human. Nothing irreversible happens without your sign-off unless you have asked us in advance to act first. Afterwards you receive a written timeline.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Usually, yes. We connect to the firewalls, endpoint agents, and cloud platforms you already run rather than asking you to rebuild. Where a gap exists, we say so plainly and suggest the smallest change that closes it.

Let's look at what you're running

A short assessment tells you where you stand today — no commitment to a contract, just a clear picture of your exposure.
